Booking should be made at least 03 working days in advance by e-mail to contact@alotravelasia.com . All confirmed transfers need to be paid in advance by credit card, Visa or Master via our secure online payment gate Onepay.vn

For airport transfers, our driver will hold the placard bearing your name at exit terminal. For hotel pick-up, our driver will be there waiting for you at hotel lobby. In any cases, we insist customers to keep our hotline contact in hand +84923321988 for any emergency cases if you cannot find our driver.
- Price in USD per car or van including private transfer with driver but no tour guide.
- On request, please provide us your flight time, flight number, airlines name and your full name. Hotel name and room number for hotel to airport route
- All toll free is already included, you do not need to pay any fees to driver.
- Above rates are not applied for Tet holiday period (Lunar Calendar).
- Surcharge will be applied for transfer service from 22.00 – 06.00 am
